Volunteer registration form

Thank you for showing your interest in becoming a volunteer with us. Please complete this form and press ‘Submit’. Our volunteer manager will contact you directly and you will have a chance to apply for various volunteering roles.

Please note that prior to you starting as a volunteer with BGF, we need the following information from you:

• Your most recent CV;
• 100-points ID;
• Criminal background check via fit2work. BGF will provide you with information on how to complete your background check.
• Signed copy of Volunteer Agreement; and
• Signed copy of Confidentiality Agreement.

If you wish to volunteer for any client facing roles when available,  you will need to have NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance. Please contact BGF before you apply for the NDIS Worker Screening Check .
