Will Cooper
Will Cooper (he/they) is a proud Wiradjuri/Yorta Yorta person who has been living on Gadigal Country for 6 years, longtime Ngunnawal Country (Canberra) resident and born and raised on Wiradjuri country in small town country New South Wales. Professionally a creative. Will has spent the majority of his career utilising his lived experience as a Koori person in spaces that advocate for and support First Nations Australians achieve self determination and truth telling. Will is passionate about opportunities for First Nations visibility and mob telling their stories their way. Will established a First Nations LGBTQI network in Canberra shortly before moving to Sydney in 2018 and is a member of the Sydney Convicts rugby club. Always proud to advocate and amplify mob and always smash pervasive stereotypes that face the First Nations and LGBTQI+ community.
